in this post, i hope to create a useful resource of workout related information from my own practice, as well as places where i get inspiration from. i am into my 3rd year of sticking to a successful workout and yoga routine. in case you are curious: the latest philosophy that finally got me there.
my routines
below is a compilation of my routines. i've practiced these with my trainer for many long weeks before venturing out on my own and progressed slowly to lifting heavier. highly recommend starting with low intensity and weights. can be done at home with dumbbells or body weight.

few important notes
- regular mobility workouts (dynamic stretches) are a game changer. i do these at the start of every strength training session. info
- never skip out on cool down (static) stretches. info info info
- engaged core, including glutes and pelvic floor is very important to avoid injuries during strength training. info
